Brian Henry Robinson

Went home to be with his Heavenly Father and Saviour on May 7, 2015, at age 80. Brian was born in London in 1934. He graduated from Ryerson Institute of Technology in Toronto and designed anti-submarine devices for the Canadian Navy and the U.S. Navy. He was a secondary school teacher of electronics and then Coordinator of Education Television for the London Board of Education. Brian held various leadership roles in the church, including teaching adult and youth Bible classes, and was the author of “Borrowed Evolution.” He was the beloved husband of Mary (née Pawlovich), his wife of 58 years. Loving father of Judy, Valerie (John), and Laura, and loving grandfather of Travis and Amanda. Survived by sister Betty Postma (Art), and predeceased by sister Suzanne Ash, and brothers Chuck, Bruce and Paul. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London. The interment service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at WOODLAND CEMETERY, 493 Springbank Drive. The memorial service will be conducted on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at STONEY CREEK BAPTIST CHURCH, 2225 Highbury Avenue North, London.
