Suddenly as a result of an automobile accident on Tuesday, June 22nd, 2010, Dr. Calvin Hawn of London in his 56th year. Much loved father of Alice McDonald-Hawn, Jessie Gussack (Will Munro), Bessie McDonald-Gussack (Garus Booth), and Mowey McDonald-Gussack (Jen Zoric). Cherished grandpa to Sammy and Skye. Loving son of Alice Parries (late Albert) of Essex and the late Ronald Hawn. Dear brother of Keith Hawn (Cindy) of Kanata, Jo-Anne Tattersall (Bill) of Kingston, NB, Lisa Plant (Matt) of Essex, Stephan Hawn of St. Jerome, PQ, Barry Hawn of London and the late Corrie-Lyn Trenholme (Mark) of Windsor. Also survived by nieces and nephews, Lauren, Sarah, Nickolous, Joseph, Samuel, Danelle and Tyler, as well as by his cats Wooly and Sneetches. A memorial service will be conducted at the Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, on Saturday, June 26th, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Calvin are asked to consider the Autism Ontario London Chapter. We were occasional students of Calvin's yoga class and were always glad to see him substitute in. We only knew him a short time but considered him a good friend as he always kind and always made us feel special. Calvin will not be forgotten and his kindness will continue to grow in the people that he has befriended. Sean and Jen.
