Peacefully, surrounded by her family at her residence on Sunday, December 28th, 2014, Carla Ruth Peters, of Delaware, at the age of 59.  Beloved wife and best friend of John Peters.  Loving mother of Lacey (Michael) Dotterman and Brigen (Meghan) Peters.  Also loved by her grandchildren Ella, Cole and Everley.  Cherished daughter of Betty and John (2009) Phair.  Treasured sister of Linda (Gilbert) Deschryver, Deborah (Jim) Robertson, Brenda (Dave) Knight and Carl (Luann) Phair.   Loving daughter-in-law of Margaret Peters.  Dear sister-in-law of Greg (Patsy) Peters, Yvonne (Charles) Wright, Sherry Parnall, Charlene (Larry) Charrette, Kim (Tony) Cartwright, Susan Peters, Amy Caron (Luc), Roberta Peters and the late Mary Lou Peters.  Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and many friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Friday, January 2nd, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Oakland Cemetery, London. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Carla are asked to consider the VON.

John, Carla, Briggin and Lacey were neighbours at one time, and there were no finer people to live beside. Long after a move took us to different locations they remained good and cherished friends. Their parties, family celebrations and spur of the moment dinners were always fun and filled with love. We will miss Carla deeply and remember her always.
