My sincere condolences to Cody’s family and fiancé. I knew Cody from working at Hudson’s Bay in the fragrance department. Cody could always bring a smile to my face. He was an absolute joy to work with and many at The Bay felt the same way. I lost my daughter, she was only 32 years old. I’ve never met Br Cody but his death has somehow moved me. All I have heard about him is about his kindness, gentleness, love for all, readiness to help and full of life. He supported the weak and needy. He stood for the injustice in Gaza. So in his memory I’ve planted an olive tree in Palestine. Lots of prayers for his loved ones. I was lucky to teach Cody high school English many years ago. He was a bright light in the class, and always fun to run into over the years (mostly at The Bay). His energy and smile were contagious, and I remember him so positively. My sincere condolences to all family and friends.

I connected with him when I first moved to London for phone service, and then later I always read his name and suggestions in the community group He was very excited about his wedding, its like justyl yesterday everyone was congratulating. I can't believe the news. It's always sad to hear when a young person takes their life so tragically. The happiest looking individual is always broken inside. Sad to see you go buddy.

We have both known Cody in his younger days(child to adult) and always found him charming and thoughtful to others. I had worked with his father Bill Sinclair, and my wife Fleurette had worked with Cody when Hudson Bay existed in White Oaks mall. My wife Fleurette will always have fond memories of working with Cody who always wore a suit and was ever the gentleman to both customers and fellow staff. From us both our thoughts and prayers go out to all the family.

I did not know Cody personally, but due to his commitment and participation in our community I became familiar with his name. I would see him volunteering/participating in events often. I always found him offering his support to our brothers and sisters. Wether he was giving advice, trying to be a friend to someone in need, helping those in need find a place to call home or helping to provide a hot meal to a family in need during Ramadan- I almost always found him nearby ready to help. He will be remembered for his faith, kindness, and joy of life. He had been very active to help others in any way he could, he has made a very positive change thru donations and actively giving of his hours to help those in need in the London Muslim Community.

I'm really heartbroken to see this.... I met Cody at Boomerz Boxing when I was doing my undergrad at Western between 2011-2015. He was intelligent, bright, hardworking, and just plain funny. He was one of my favourite people to talk to and hang out with at the gym, and I'm very fond of those memories. From what I can tell, he had an incredible impact on his community. He brought people together, making himself open to others and bringing them into a wider world rich with connection and positivity. I could feel that from him from the time that I met him. My condolences to his parents, fiance, and other family members in this time of greiving. Allah yerhamak. We love and will miss you.

Cody has always been a part of my heart. Even as a child he was so special , a beautiful soul. He became a gentleman, a thoughtful young man I always asked about. I'd see him at The Bay being very professional. We had a special connection and I loved that boy💕

Rest in peace Cody. I remember when we first met at fitness forum you wanted to help me with my boxing. I didn’t have a proper gym or coach to help me at the time so I took the opportunity to learn. I’ll always be grateful for the times you held mits for me, invited me over to your place to hold pads for each other, go for runs, and watch HBO boxing watching the likes of Shane Mosley and Floyd mayweather Jr. I remember also meeting so many people through you. You helped shaped me as a boxer, and as a person. I’m so heartbroken about this loss. My condolences to the family, and friends. This is a huge loss.
