Passed away peacefully at the age of 34 at University Hospital on Sunday, October 28th, 2018. Mother of Samantha, Jackson and Natalie. She is predeceased by her son, Lucas. Colleen is survived by her parents, Dave and Karen; her sister Bernadette; and her fiancé Christopher (Myer). A memorial gathering will take place at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Saturday, November 10, 2018 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Colleen are asked to consider the Canadian Liver Foundation.

Wrapped in a blanket of love Colleen has taken her heavenly journey, leaving this world for the next where she has found peace and joy in her resting place.
