Cynthia Norris

I knew Cynthia at Western Libraries, connecting through our work. I regret that we did not work together more. I always looked forward to seeing her. My sincerest condolences to her family and friends. Her quilts, I am sure, will be good reminders of her.

I worked with Cynthia at Western Libraries and she was very kind to me as a new employee and helped train me on resolving problems in our library catalogue. She had a wealth of knowledge and her dedication was unmatched. She will be missed.

I had the pleasure of working with Cynthia at Western Libraries. We often chatted about quilting and shared a love for cats, sharing stories about our feline friends. She was a very talented, and lovely person. My condolences to her family and friends.

My condolences. I worked briefly with Cynthia at Western Libraries. We talked regularly about quilting, she freely shared her expertise and was so encouraging to me as a new quilter. She was a lovely soul.

So very saddened to hear of Cynthia's passing. She was a friend I met through our mutual enjoyment of quilting. We enjoyed road trips and other quilty outings over the years. She made so many beautiful quilts and shared them among family and friends. I will remember her through the fabric postcards and others she gifted me with. My thoughts are with her family.

Hi Cindy Your spirit still lives in our childhood adventures. That frog pond behind our houses: our hikes a to Springbank Park, complete with our paper bags of sandwiches and jars of Koolaid: our twilight games of hide and seek; our contraband snacks sneaked out of kitchen cupboards without our mothers really knowing. I know Bobby and Col are missing you as much as I am. Love you Jo

My condolences to Cynthia's family. I will miss her snail-mail cards that she would send wherever I lived. I met her when she worked at UWO at my SIL wedding in 1986, then again at the London Friendship Guild & when we started the Sew What's Sewing Group. Cynthia was a very organized, talented, interesting, well-traveled person. I will now finish the U is for Unicorn quilt & think of her as I work on it in her memory. She will be truly missed by me & many of us sewers. Cynthia was larger than life! Rest in peace, my friend.

I met Cynthia at the London Friendship Quilters' Guild many, many years ago. She was always happy and a pleasure to be around. Her talent as a quilter was always inspiring. And her love of books. I know she will be missed. I'm sending my heartfelt condolences to her family and friends. RIP Cynthia!

'Cindy' was my friend in elementary school and we spent many a sunny day running wild about the neighborhood. I can still hear our mothers shouting after us! I will miss her feisty spirit. May you rest in peace Cindy dear. Your childhood friend, 'Bobbi Lynn'.

I knew Cynthia a little, from guild. She was a lovely woman with amazing talent. I work at Weldon now and she the quilt she made every day. She will be missed.
