Dear Mrs. Evans & Family~ I am very sorry to learn that Mr. Evans has passed away. It's strange and ironic, but I was just speaking of him to a friend only a few days ago, recalling sound legal advice he gave me many years ago when I bought my very first house on Rosedale Ave. in London . As a young woman in my early 20's, I respected him and his wise guidance , which has stayed with me ever since. My late mother, Mary Usaty, worked for many years with Stan Stevenson in the offices of Stevenson and Evans. As a university student, I worked summers for the CIBC downstairs from their office, so I would see Mr. Evans frequently; he was always so friendly and kind to me. Sending most sincere condolences to you and all your family in your profound loss. I am a widow myself, and pray that many happy memories will bring you comfort, peace and strength. Sincerely, Anita (Niagara Falls)
