At his residence on Tuesday, January 15, 2013, Mr. David J. “Jack” Luke of London and formerly of Schreiber, Ontario in his 77th year. Beloved husband of 40 years to Phyllis (Wiznuk) Luke. Loving Dad of Cindy Gosselin (John), Jason “Buzz” and Dana Malcolm (Scott). Dear brother of Betsy Luke, the late Douglas Luke and the late Mildred Halliday. Loving “PooPoo” to Brody, Brock and Brenna Gosselin and Chloe, Holly and Cash Malcolm. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Jack was a proud veteran of the Royal Canadian Air Force. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Friday, January 18, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation and a private family interment of ashes at a later date. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Jack are asked to consider the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Canadian Diabetes Association. A tree will be planted in memory of Jack.

Dear Phyllis and Family We were sooo shocked to hear that Jack has died. Glad that we had the visit with you in Oct and so hope the tree Jack planted for us takes. It will be our LUKE Tree and a great living remembrance of our friendship. Big hugs to all of you xx
