I worked with your Dad and Grandfather at Thames Valley Beverages ( Pepsi Cola) later Pathfinder Beverages as the controller. Doug was a terrific mentor to me and influenced me tremendously in the mannerisms on how to deal with people. Many of his conversations have stayed with me and my career. The most important hing he taught me was to respect others and they will respect you. To this day I use his saying "If you look after the pennies, the dollars will take care of themselves". Please accept our condolences to each and every member of the Waters family. My family will keep your families in our thoughts and prayers. God Bless.

David, Paul and Mary, our condolences from the Savage family at the passing into glory of your father. There are many great memories of your Dad that we recall, Turkey Point, the Pepsi "plant" and office, dinners in London etc. He was a wonderful role model who honoured the Saviour in his actions and deeds. He was given a full life and used it wisely. We pray that God's blessing will be felt even though you grieve. Stephen
