Sad to hear.....Alzihimers is terrible....steals human dignity.....in the sad moments that inevitably follow it is best to remember the good times. I have little doubt that is what he would want....our deepest sympathy.

It was a sad day to hear of Ed's passing. He was a stand-up guy. Straight shooter, and a great guy to work with, and for. As Mark mentioned we all learned from him in various ways. He loved his family, and as many have said he was 'well liked, and well respected. That alone is one of the greatest tributes a man can have. Praying for Enid and the family. God Bless

My condolences to the Mills family. Ed trained and mentored a generation of supervisors at 3M and we were all better for it. I have many fond memories sitting and talking over a cup of cafeteria machine coffee.

Enid and family. I am so very sorry to hear of Ed"s passing. He was such an inspiration to all who worked both with and for him. I had the privilege of working with him, for many years. He taught me so much about making tape and to be a good person. We will all miss him. Hugs to all the family. Yvonne
