It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Eileen Parsons at the University Hospital in London, Ontario, with her loving daughter at her side, in her 94th year. Eileen will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Andrea, her niece Melody and her husband Mark, and their children Bennett and Payton. Predeceased by parents, Sherman and Molly Whitson and siblings Leola Jaques and Ronald Hunt (Phyllis).
Eileen was a proud member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority for over 50 years and cherished many friendships throughout those years. Eileen was a devoted mother, showing her love through her baking and amazing meals. Her recipes and love have been handed down to share for years to come. A special thanks to the University Hospital Palliative Care team, who gave her exceptional care and compassion.
The family welcomes guests for a time of visitation in the chapel at Westview Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Thursday, December 11, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held beginning at 12:00 p.m., followed by a reception. A private burial will take place on Friday, December 12, 2025. If desired, please consider making memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners or to the Canadian Cancer Society in honour of Eileen.

Andrea….my dear friend…I am so saddened by the loss of your Mom. She has had a full life and even though I only met her a couple of times you always talked so highly of her. She is at peace…always cherish your beautiful memories you had.
