Passed away peacefully, at Victoria Hospital on Thursday, March 11, 2021, in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of Armindo for 61 years. Cherished mother of Ruben Moniz (Denise), Lidia Moniz, Paulo Moniz (Helena), Armindo Moniz Jr., Sandi Howard, and Joel Moniz (Brenda). Proud Avá½¹ of eleven beautiful grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Sadly missed by her sisters, Urania Amaral (Eugenio) and Marta Ferreira (Donaldo); and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by six brothers and sisters. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 14, 2021 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London. A funeral service will be conducted at Stoney Creek Baptist Church, 2225 Highbury Avenue North, London on Monday, March 15, 2021 at 10:30 a.m., with visitation one hour prior. Interment to follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Registration is required to attend the visitation and the service.
