Peacefully with family by her side at Hillside Terraces, Oshawa, on Sunday, November 8, 2015, in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Albert (2003). Loving mother of Michael (Sally), and mother-in-law of Marg. Cherished grandma of Derek (Barbara-Ann) and Brent (Kristina), and great-grandmother of Rachel, Kari-Ann and Cyrus. Dear sister of Bill (Pat) Brown. Emily will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her son, Peter (2013), and her brother, James (1945). Special thanks to the staff of Hillside Terraces – Cedar Heights, for their care and kindness. The memorial service will be conducted at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 10:45 a.m., with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. Private family interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Donations in memory of Emily may be made to The Salvation Army or the Canadian Cancer Society.
