Peacefully at LHSC – University Hospital, on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, Joan Welton, of London, at the age of 89. Cherished mother of David Welton (Deborah) and Rebecca (Russ). Survived by her brothers Derek Phillips and Geoff Phillips (Nancy). Missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. At Joan’s request, cremation has taken place, and there will be no service. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Joan are asked to consider the London Health Sciences Foundation.

The Kay family are very saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Joan or Joanie to us. For many years she was a very important part of our lives as our nanny and brought us much joy, and we all have very fond memories of her. Our sincere condolences Kelly, Norm, Alexa and Alicia â¤ï¸

I am so sorry for your loss. Joan was a lovely woman and a good friend. I wiss miss our spirited scrabble games and lovely visits over a cup of tea. She will be greatly missed.
