Florence Muriel Clarisse Cameron (née Burnard)

Passed away with family by her side, at Elmwood Place LTC, on Sunday, March 10, 2019. Muriel was born on March 27, 1925. Predeceased by her parents, Lewis and Maude Burnard; her husband, John H. Cameron (June, 2005); her two brothers, Earl and George Burnard; and infant grandson, Dale McAllister. Survived by children: Barbara Monger (Nancy), Marilyn Crooker (Daniel) and Kevin Cameron (Jennie). Missed by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Remembered fondly by many relatives. The family wish to sincerely thank the staff of Elmwood Place LTC for their compassion and attention in caring for Muriel, especially these last few weeks. Muriel was well-known for being a member of the London Sweet Adeline Chorus, and as a long time Avon representative. Respects will be received on Friday, from 2:00 ~ 4:00 and 7:00 ~ 9:00 p.m., at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where a funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Muriel are asked to consider the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Diabetes Canada, Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario or the Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario.
