Peacefully, with her family by her side, on Sunday, March 3rd, 2013, at Victoria Hospital, in her 81st year.  Beloved wife of John James Digsby.  Frances will be missed by family and friends.  A special “Thank You” to “D5” at Victoria Hospital for their care and love.  A private family service will be held at a later date.
