Passed away peacefully at University Hospital, London, on Sunday, January 18, 2015, at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Frances for 64 years. Loving father of Kathy (Clark), Frank (Georgina) and Chuck (Anne). Wonderful Ota to Nicole (Eli), Todd, Charlene and Michael. Dear brother to Ann and Uncle to Erica. Survived by his sisters-in-law, and nieces and nephews in Germany and Austria. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 6:30-8:30 p.m. as well as one hour prior to the Celebration of Life being held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the London Health Sciences Foundation.

Our deepest condolences. We have some many fond memories of your father and Ota at Chuck and Anne's working on projects around the house or just coming by for a visit. So sorry for your loss. Fred was such a kind and caring soul. He faithfully came to visit my dad (Bud) every Saturday for years. He passed away 1 day past a year from when my dad died on Jan 17 last year
