Peacefully, surrounded by family on Tuesday, August 5th, 2014 at St. Joseph’s Hospice in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Doreen (Bolton) Kernohan. Loving father of Karen (Paul-Emile) Goulet and Brian (Cathy) Kernohan. Cherished grandfather of Graham Goulet and Kyle Kernohan. Dear brother of Jean Beavers. Predeceased by parents Verna and Wesley Kernohan and brother Donald. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 6:00-9:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Friday, August 8th, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Private family interment. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Frederick are asked to consider St. Joseph’s Hospice or a charity of your choice.

Barb and I were saddened to hear of Fred's passing. Our condolences to the Kernohan Family for their loss. Fred was the type of man that I felt an instant affinity for, the first time I met him. May he rest in peace.

Fred was such an amazing person and always had a great smile and welcoming presence. I will forever have fond memories of him.
