To the Robinson Family, my deepest sympathies on Dale's passing. I always looked forward to Dale's company while enjoying lunch on the patio at Hickory Ridge after a Monday morning Masters League. Dale would always have a good story related to his service to our country. He possessed a quick wit and once told me he owned socks older than me. Rest in peace Dale, you will be missed.
Dear Carole and Family, My deepest condolences to you and your family on Dale's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Dale was a wonderful and cherished member of the Regimental Family. He was a great soldier and officer - compassionate, highly competent, experienced and a role model to others. I remember him as early as when he was a 2Lt in 2RCR, along with his close friends Mike Barr and Roy Kawamoto - they were resplendant in their jump jackets, maroon berets and highly polished jump boots. They were an inspiration to me as a high school member of the then-3RCR. Over the years I looked forward to seeing Dale at Regimental events - always a warm smile and friendly demeanor ... He will be missed.... Ann and I send our deepest condolences to Carol and the Family.
I had the wonderful opportunity to work for Dale twice in my career. First as an inexperienced Platoon commander on the Green Line in Cyprus and secondly as a very green staff officer in regimental headquarters of the Canadian Airborne Regiment. Both in command and staff appointments Dale was an officer to emulate and learn from. He genuinely cared for his subordinates and was always thinking about the troops. He was an officer I admired for his humanity, good humour and his ability to be a good and caring husband and father. He taught me a lot and for that I am grateful to have known him. Ginette and I send our deepest sympathies to Carol and the family.
To the Robinson family I had the honour of working with Dale at CFB London during the 70s and 80s, a soldier a gentleman, a friend and a roll model for many and an much better golfer than most as I was to discover on our golfing adventure in Florida . My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time

Dear Carol and Family So sorry to hear about your husband Carol. I know he has had a rough time the last few years, and you have been like a rock and helped him so much. I know that you have found your contribution to skating very good for you. Just wanted to let you know that the fellow hockey player that you taught, that lives across the street from me, has been made a member of the Canadian Olympic hockey teams!! Your work with him has paid off in a big way, Drew Doudy. Hope to see you soon Carol, please give my best to your children as well. Sincerely Marcy Walker
