Gale Jeanette Stuart (née Taylor)
October 8, 2025
Gale Jeanette Stuart (née Taylor) passed away peacefully from a brief battle with cancer, surrounded by her daughters at the Parkwood Palliative Care Unit, London on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at the age of 81.
Devoted and loving mother of Julie Anne Kiewiet (Steve), Susie McPhail (Rob), and Shannon Adamson (Chris). Adored grandmother of her cherished grandchildren, Jacob, Lucas, Noah, Abbey, Lauren and Kira. She will be truly missed by her sisters, Kaaren Barker and Nancy Verriez. Predeceased by her parents Bill and Mina Taylor, her brother Bill, and husband Bob.
She was a kind, caring, loving person that lifted anyone she was around with her quick sense of humour. She always had a kind word of encouragement. Her family was the most important thing to her, especially her amazing grandchildren. She will be missed dearly by all her family and friends.
Cremation has taken place. A small celebration of life will be conducted at a later date.

I lived with the McKinley family in my last year of nursing but they became my family years before that and continued on as my family grew. Gale was my Mom away from home. She treated me just like a daughter. Treasure the time and many memories at the house and the cottage- family was very important to Gale. She will be missed.
