George William Bouris
December 27, 2017
It is with extreme sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of G. W. “Bill” Bouris, on December 27, 2017 at the age of 77 years. Adoring husband and loved partner of Debbi (Barber). Predeceased by parents Michael and Ruby Bouris and sister Starr. Loved by son Michael (Solanna), grandson Gabriel and daughter Amy. Dear brother of George (Maureen), Michael (Peggy), Maureen (Gary), Peter (Linda), Deanne (Bruce), and John (Beaty). He will be sadly missed by extended family and many friends. Bill was a proud member of the RCAF Maritime Air Group as a Radio Flying Officer at 404 Squadron, Greenwood, N.S. After his military service, he graduated from the MBA program at the University of Western Ontario and went on to have a very successful real estate career, for over 40 years, in the London area. During his life, his search for a warm climate led to a love of world travel, good food and good wine, which he shared with his loving wife Debbi. He will be missed for his big heart, genuine smile and his ready wit. Visitation will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Thursday, January 4, 2018 from 12:00-1:00 p.m., followed by a service at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Bill may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, Meals on Wheels or a charity of your choice.

We met Bill and Deb where else but on a cruise ship! Full of life and stories Bill would share his life experiences and you knew you could count on Bill whatever the ask. Bill was always wanting the best for his new friends whether it was a table with a view or a piece of travel advice...and yes Bill we will be going to Morocco...one of your favourite travel stories. So my to our dear friend Bill and to his terrific wife Deb we grieve for your lost and live forever in your stories. Bill, one more time, "Yamas"..! Love Janice and Michael
Brother Billie, always there. Always ready. If asked for, sage advice would be offered, with blunt simplicity. Thank you for always staying in touch. The phone calls out of the blue, the random texts. Concern about Rusty, the nutbar Dachshund. If there is another place, hopefully you and Starr are up to no good. In this brief whiff of time that we have, you made the great run. You have made a difference. Sorry I can't be there to grieve with my family. Big hugs to Debi. Love,John
Everytime Bill came into the office before he retired and after, we greeted eachother the same way 'Who loves you' he said. 'You do, and I love you too' Id reply. Ive known Bill for almost 8 years. Everytime he went on vacation, even since hes been retired he always stopped by the office before he left. We would be so amazed at the travels he was about to go on. He acted as if it was no big deal, he just wanted to see us before he left. He was quick in and quick out. Like clock work when he returned from a trip, he came to see us; and always brought a gift. He never stopped thinking about us. It was not the gifts that mattered, it was that he never forgot us even though he had retired. Sometimes he would call me at the office and say 'Rena, it's Bill, I need your help, can you please fax something for me'?. Helping him was a pleasure. To Bills family; my utmost, biggest, no words to explain hugs to you all. Im sure I only saw a small part of how great a man, husband, Dad, Grandfather and more Bill was and will always be to you all...I hope my sharing of my relationship with him made you smile a little bit.
Debbie, our deepest condolences for your loss. Our thoughts are with you.

Dear Debbi, Micheal and Peggy, Maureen and Gary, Peter and Linda, Deanna and Bruce, and John my sweet partner, I send my heart felt condolences to the whole family, on the loss of Bill, your brother, partner and friend. I had the great pleasure of meeting Bill at Carmen 's wedding, many moons ago. My experience of Bill was of a gregarious, people loving soul who was looking after everyone's well-being, like a kind and beaming family patriarch. I feel fortunate to have met Bill, and can only imagine your feeling of deep loss. Warmly, Beaty
Deb...our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time...we were devestated to hear the sad news of Bill.
We are still living in the home that Bll helped us to purchase years ago, and he also sold our second home many years ago. Bill was always professional and personable and a positive influence on everyone around him. His sense of humour and mischievousness easily endeared him to his clients. He became a friend, and I am so sorry to hear of his passing. His presence will be missed, but his legacy will remain. May your wonderful memories of Bll give you some comfort during this sad time.
I am sad to read today of Bill's passing. He and Debbi came to East Park for golf lessons a number of years ago. After that it was a pleasure seeing them together when they came out to play. Bill had a gracious way about him, a great smile and a kind wave that I will miss seeing. My thoughts are with Debbi and his family during this time of loss.
I am so very to hear of Bills passing. A great loss. May Gods blessings surround you. RIP
Sweet, funny, considerate. We only knew Bill for a few days after meeting him and Debbi on our last cruise. Our hearts are heavy for your loss Debbi and for everyone who had the privilege of knowing Bill.
It is with great sadness that I read of Bill's passing. Bill and I at a number of Real Estate deals in the 70's and 80's and I found him very professional. He always had time for a drink after a tough negotiating session no matter the time. You are going to be missed. RIP buddy. Past-President of London & St. Thomas Real Estate Board 1997 Vince Bogdanski
As a newer agent many years ago, I had the opportunity to work with Bill and remember how kind, helpful and a true gentleman he was to work with. He represented the best of our industry. I just wanted to send you my sincere condolences for your loss.
I worked with Bill for many years and he was not only a great member but a great volunteer ... I send my condolences and prayers to your family . Retired CEO of the Real Estate Association
Bill had been a very dear friend to us despite only knowing him for just shy of five years. His generous and caring heart, along with his sense of humor will be greatly missed but never forgotten. Will miss our beer nights with you! Our hearts go out to Deb for her loss.
