Gordon Duncan Keith

Peacefully at Parkwood Hospital on Monday, March 5^th, 2012 in his 89^th year.  Beloved husband of the late Helen Jean Keith. Loving father of Norman Keith and his wife Corinne, and Gary Keith and his wife Judy.  Much loved grandfather to Cameron, Emily and Paige.  Survived by his brother Bruce Keith (Helen), sisters Jean Bannerman (Len), Grace Townsend (late Ken), Elda Nethery (Terry) and the late Jack Keith (Mary).  Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Gordon was a WWII veteran with the RCAF and served in the Battle of the Gulf of St. Lawrence.  He enjoyed many years of curling, skiing, and travel.  Cremation has taken place.  Interment and a celebration of his life will take place at a later date in Culross Cemetery, Teeswater.  Special thanks to the Parkwood’s staff, 3 Essex.  Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Gordon are asked to consider the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of your choice.
