Gordon Lyle Fader

Peacefully at Victoria Hospital, London, on Tuesday, December 24, 2019, in his 94th year. Loving husband of the late Mary ‘Marie’ Fader (2009). Sadly missed by his children: James Fader (Karen), of Calgary, and Jeffrey Fader (Sylvia), of Bradford. Predeceased by son John Fader (Joan), of Russell. Also loved by his seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. At Gordon’s request, cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral service or visitation. Those wishing to make a donation in Gordon’s memory are asked to consider the Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario.

So sad to hear of the passing of Uncle Pokie. He was such a nice man. Sincere sympathy to Jim, Jeff and your families. You are in my thoughts.
Saddened to hear that Uncle Pokie passed away. I remember him fondly for his humor and kindness. He was such a lovely man and memories of him and Aunt Marie will be with me always . Sympathy to Jim and Jeff and families.

Gord (Pokie) you were a hard working, kind gentleman. You were always there to help everyone without ever asking for help yourself. Our family get togethers were always fun. I will miss talking to you and will be dearly missed.
