D.D.S., Masters in Behaviour, Guelph – Peacefully at Victoria Hospital, on Tuesday, April 7, 2020, at the age of 77. Lovingly remembered and missed by his wife, Jacqueline, always with an open heart. Jack’s passing is an immense loss after 52 years of marriage and Jacqueline is forever grateful for the infinite love, wisdom and joy they shared. Jack was selfless, putting others and their needs before himself. He adored his animals, and enjoyed golfing and curling. Cremation has taken place. Much appreciation is expressed to the nurses on the 6th and 7th floors of Victoria Hospital for their compassionate care of Jack. A special “thank you” to palliative care nurse, Megan, for holding Jack’s hand when he passed; and his oncologist, Dr. Vincent, who did so much for Jack. He had great faith, respect and admiration for you all.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Jack are asked to consider the London Regional Cancer Program.

Jack has been a pleasure to work with over all the years he has been a customer with Blue Jay. Jack was one of my first systems that I sold as a young man. Everytime I had an opportunity to meet with Jack over the years, he always took an opportunity to see how I was doing and share some words of wisdom. He was a great man and he will be truly missed.
