I have so many fond memories of Jackie, many up in Pembroke, at the cottage, so many to recount. Memories of me taking my mom (Arlene Smallpiece) to London when she visited me so my mom could visit Jackie. One outstanding quality I remember so well about Jackie was every day was a special moment to her and she valued every day that passed. She had everything she needed right there with her. She had the air in her lungs, energy of the sun, surrounded by a loving family, relatives and friends and she loved starting a day not knowing what's going happen or, who she's going to meet or where she was going to wind up. Stan was her world, family was her glue, she believed life's a gift and she didn't intend on wasting a single moment of it. She didn't know what hand she was going to be dealt next. But one take away Jackie gave me was you learn to take life as it comes at you and to make each day count. My deepest condolences to Mark, Karen & Family, these are not easy days I know, You mom will be greatly missed by many many people who's hearts she touched. God Bless, we will all keep her memory alive as she begins her new journey upstairs.

Mark, Karen & family: my heart sank upon learning of your dear Mom's passing. Such fond memories of Jackie, Noella and Annette "riding into town to stir up the dust" while sharing so much laughter with loved ones in the Valley, especially Mom and Mamere. You're absolutely correct, Karen, there's definitely a great reunion happening in heaven. Keep that thought close in your hearts. The pain of loss will be replaced by your memories in due time. Uncle Brian & I send our sincere condolences on your loss. xo
