A gentle, gentlemanly and oh-so-kind and generous presence has left us. To know Jimmy was to like him. He was friendly and affable and his simple sincerity inspired trust and confidence in his rock solid integrity. Those who could call him friend felt his unflinching loyalty and support. Those privileged to know him well could not help but become aware of his exceptional inner strength. In the sports he played he earned high respect for his prodigious strength and his spirit of fair play. That one-handed home run, eh, Jim. And woe to the opposing player who tried to skate between him and the boards. Your leaving has left a gaping void in the lives many. But we can take some solace in the knowledge that your burdens have been lifted and that you are now resting in peace. Your double first cousin and friend, Terry

Uncle Jim was an amazing uncle who showed up for every important occasion in our lives. He lived just down the street and meeting up on his balcony for catchups was our normal. We will miss Jim's quiet nature and love as well as his laugh. It is with heavy hearts we say goodbye in this life, love Bonnie, Joe, David and Amy, and Liam we will see you again in the next.
