Joan Elizabeth Allen (née MacPhail)

In her 81^st year, at her residence on July 31^st, 2017. Predeceased by her husband William Allen (1985). Dear sister of Linda (Brian) Burnet, of Arva; the late Ted (Helen) MacPhail, of Ilderton; and the late Brian (Barbara) MacPhail, of Mossley. Special aunt to Emily (Michael) Adams, Elissa (Kenneth) Kakooza, Jeffrey MacPhail, Laura (Rob) Bloomfield, Amy (Daryl) O’Byrne, and to several grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Friday, August 4^th, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Doug Loveday officiating. Private family interment at Dorchester Union Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Joan are asked to consider a Christian charity of their choice.
