Peacefully at Dearness Home on Saturday, October 19, 2019, at the age of 94. Cherished daughter of the late Ivy and Frederick Poyton. Beloved wife of the late Frank Williams. Lovingly remembered by her son David Williams (Tim Platts) of Vancouver; her sister Vanessa Brisco (David) of Ottawa; her nephew Craig Brisco (Grace) and their extended families. Joan was a life member of Bishop Hellmuth Chapter IODE, the municipal Chapter of London, The Provincial Chapter of Ontario and the National Chapter of Canada IODE; as well as a former auxiliary member of Children’s Hospital of Western Ontario. Donations in memory of Joan may be made to IODE Canada.
