Joan, I will miss your wonderful smile, sunny disposition and positive out-look on everything. You taught me to quilt in a class you volunteered for and set-up. We will meet again....and maybe my quilt will be finished by then! My condolences to all your family - that you were so proud of. peace, joy and love, Nancy
On behalf of the Gray family. We are very sorry for your family's loss. Please accept our heartfelt sympathy at this difficult time.
My kids were very blessed to have a loving Nana who made sure they knew they were loved. Joan was kind and thoughtful and made sure she took time to visit with us when she came to Vancouver Island and made time for the kids when they visited in Ontario. I am very grateful to Joan for her love and support for Christopher and Amanda. I know she was very proud of them. She will be deeply missed but will be well remembered. I know she will always be watching over her family. My thoughts and prayers are with the Kaluza family.
Joan, I will miss our long chats---dogs, birds, chipmunks, neighbours, colours, textures, bargains, family---all had focus. You were always interested in others' doings, and very proud of your own family's accomplishments.Your love of colour was I believe spiritually rooted, and a lifelong passion.Your smile, laugh and deep listening ability are already missed.Hugs to cousins Karen, David and Don and their families.
My Aunt Joan was always a lot of fun. I will always remember her smile and sense of humour. My deepest sympathy to my cousins Karen (Rob), Donald (Darcey), David (Tika) and families. She will be deeply missed. Love cuz Brenda
