Passed away at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, on Monday, February 3rd, 2020, in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Maria. Loving father of Tony Mendonca and Daniel Mendonca. Dear brother of Maria da Luz Silveria (late Sergio) and Maria da Ceu Viveiros (late Gilberto), of London; Jesuino Mendonca (Albina) and Antonio Rodrigues (Fernanda), of the Azores. Survived by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends. A funeral service will be conducted at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Friday, February 7, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Joe are asked to consider the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
