Peacefully, gone to be with his Lord and Saviour on Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at Victoria Hospital in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Althea. Loving father of Belinda (Hendrick) Verkaik, Sylvia (Jeff) Balch, and Cynthia (Chris) Seabrook. Lovingly remembered by 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Dear Brother of Margaret Grimes and the late Alec and Laura Thompson. Visitation will be held at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, on Sunday from 7:00-9:00 p.m. where the funeral service will be conducted on Monday, June 28, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Private interment at Woodland Cemetery.
