My sincere condolences to the family. I have known Josh through volunteering at ark aid street mission . I loved him , what a dear young man. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him I am sure of that. He was always there with a kind smile and a willingness to help. love and miss you Josh... God Be With You. Our hearts are broken; our minds, confused. We ask "why?" but are reminded that God's ways are higher than ours. I (Kerry) remember driving Joshua daily to Banting for a few weeks on my way to take Bethanie to LCA. What a kind, polite, respectful and fun young man he was. What a tremendous teenager to have as a neighbour. We love you guys and are thankful to God for placing you in our lives ten years ago. Thinking of you daily...hourly....and bringing you before the throne of grace regularly.

Tony, Susanne and family, - Our friendship goes back many years when you lived in Winnipeg. Unfortunately, we had lost track of where you were living. Our deepest sympathy on the home going of Josh. What a shock when I opened the paper this morning. We remember Josh as a little boy, and what a sweetheart he was. We remember a kind and caring child, as were all your children. We will keep you in our prayers and asked God's Blessing and Peace be upon you.

Stunned and shocked upon hearing this sad event, it brought back fond memories of our weekly rides together to the church services at FCDC, here in London Ontario. During that time, I was privileged to be engaged with Josh in our deep and, at times, intense spiritual discussions on life's challenges as Christians. May our heavenly Father sustain Brittany, and Suzanne, Tony with their other children, while grieving for their loss of Josh.

Tony ,Susanne and Family I was quite shocked when I heard the news.Joshua was such a man of God.He was an example to me and I know others.It was always a blessing to share with him in any way.I loved it when he brought a word of encouragement to the church. I pray the Lord keeps you all close to His Heart during this time and that He will cover you with His Shalom. He is with The Father now and so I rejoice in that fact. I am thinking of you. I met josh while I was eating at the ark and he became a great friend I am so sorry for your loss

मत कहो…कि मर गया हूँ मैं/सुनील वर्मा मत कहो…कि मर गया हूँ मैं… मरा नहीं हूँ… स्थिर हो गया हूँ… बोल नहीं सकता हूँ बस… देख सकता हूँ…सुन भी सकता हूँ तुम्हारी बातें… मत कहो कि मर गया हूँ मै… क्योकि मैं जीवित हूँ आज भी…! ध्यान से देखो… घर की इन दीवारों में जीवित हूँ… जीवित हूँ…आँगन की फुलवारी में…! इस साल जब बसंत आएगा… तो खिले हुए फूलों को देखना तुम… उनकी सुगंध में जीवित मिलूँगा तुम्हें… देखो तो सही… कि किताब के हर पन्ने तक पर जीवित हूँ मैं… व्याख्यान कक्षों में…ब्लैक-बोर्ड पर जीवित हूँ… कर्त्तव्यों का बोझ… और सपनों का महल… जो तुम्हें दिया है मैंने… लगन से संवारना इसे… उसी लगन के परिणाम में.. जीवित मिलूँगा तुम्हें….क्योंकि… सपनों के महल के… साकार स्वरुप में… हर जगह…हर कदम पर… जीवित हूँ मैं… इसीलिए तो कहता हूँ कि… ‘मर गया हूँ’ मत कहो मुझे… सत्य कहता हूँ…विश्वास करो मेरा… कि जीवित हूँ मैं… जीवित हूँ…!! Dear Susanne and Family, Although I don't know you very well yet, we are colleagues at FSTV. My condolences go from the heart of a mother and grandmother to your heart: I cannot imagine how shocked and sad you must all be. As moms we want to see our children thrive, not die. Liebe Susanne und Familie, mein ganz herzliches Beileid zum Tod Eures Sohnes. Susanne, ich trauere mit Dir und Deiner Familie um Euren wunderbaren Sohn und wünsche Euch allen Kraft und Stärke in dieser schweren Zeit. Wenn ein so junger Mensch stirbt, der noch einen großen Teil seines Leben vor sich hatte, fragt man sich, WARUM? Aber Gottes Wege sind unerforscht und für uns nicht erklärlich. Ich wäre so gern zur Beerdigung gekommen, aber an diesem Tag wurde eine liebe alte Freundin in Toronto beerdigt, sie durfte bis zu ihrem 90 Jahre in guter Gesundheit ein erfülltes Leben leben.
