Kenneth “Ken” Allan Schweyer
April 20, 2022
Passed away, unexpectedly, at his home in London, Ontario on Wednesday, April 20th, 2022 at the age of 62.
Ken was a loving husband to his beloved wife Mary “Marion”, father to Carol and son-in-law Edward, and uncle to his nephew Justin. He will be deeply missed by his first wife, and good friend, Sue, his brother Doug, as well as by his other extended family, wonderful friends, and close colleagues. He is predeceased by his parents Darleen and Reginald.
Ken had a passionate, and profound, love for music; always finding comfort within every melody he heard. He was also very proud of his career with the Thames Valley District School Board as a computer technician; an organization with which he completed a 20+ year tenure.
Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Ken are asked to consider the Canadian Cancer Society.
Cremation has already taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Ken you were gone too soon. May God rest your soul and watch over Marion and your family. In my prayers Ken & Marion Roger Trueman
Our deepest condolences to Mary and the rest of Ken’s family during this difficult time.
You were a mentor, a friend, and an inspiration to me and many others. I knew I could always count on you. Whether it was honest advice, unquestioned help with problems, or even just a good conversation. You will be dearly missed, my friend but I know that you live on in everyone whose lives you've touched.
Ken would come to my office or reach out to me every day or two. We would discuss work issues and eventually get onto other subjects. We often shared similar opinions, but did differ at times. We respected each others right to have a different opinion. Ken would email me jokes, especially if he knew I was having a trying day. I never realized how much I enjoyed these conversations until I knew I couldn't have them any more. Rest in peace my friend!
With a heavy heart and deepest sympathy, I say goodbye to a friend and teacher. Ken has been a great influence on me to be a great computer technician. It is very surreal Ken has passed. But my memories of Ken will remain with me and all of them are joyous. Thank you, Ken, for being a great teacher and a friend. I will see you down the road.
Rest in Peace Ken. You will be missed.
