Peacefully on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at Parkwood Hospital in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Barbara. Loving father of John Cade (Dawn) of London, Rick Cade (Colleen) of Cambridge, Geoffrey Cade (Jennifer) of London and Pamela (Brian McNamara) of Waterloo. Dear grandfather of Krista Cade, Marc Cade, Scott Cade, Graham Cade, Stuart Cade, Elizabeth Cade, Liam and Noah McNamara. Survived by sister Thelma Cade of Toronto. The family would like to thank the staff of the Palliative Care Unit at Parkwood Hospital for their compassionate care of Larry. A memorial reception will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Friday, October 5, 2012 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Larry are asked to consider the Cardiac Fitness Institute of Southwestern Ontario.

I am sorry to hear about the passing of your father. While I never had the opportunity to meet Larry, I am witness to his character and role as a father whenever I spend time with Geoff. My thoughts and reflections are with the entire family.
