What a wonderful and funny man my Uncle Lorne was. Such a unique voice, laugh, and sense of humour, always a very likeable man and Uncle. My condolences to my cousins Vicki, Susie, Joey, Allen, and their families. Wonderful, lasting memories to replace the hard present loss of their father is what I wish for each of them.
Dear Vicki, Susie, Alan and Joe, Our family is so very sorry for your loss. Growing up, your Mom and Dad were always such wonderful neighbours to us. I remember that Halloween on Briarhill Court used to be overflowing with kids because Lorne had cans of Coke to give out and how much all of us enjoyed making tunnels in that big snow mountain on the court, no doubt being carefully watched from the living rooms of each of our homes. Lorne often popped by in recent years to be sure Dad hadn't forgotten about garbage day and it was Alice and Lorne who would be sure the mail was taken care of whenever our folks were away. I know how proud Lorne was of each of you, your partners and your kids. I wish you the comfort of happy memories and send you my deepest sympathy. Petra
My condolences Joe to you and your family during this difficult time. Cherish the memories you have and know that you are in my thoughts & prayers. With deepest sympathy. Gloria

Oh Dad, I miss you so much already!! Terrific in every way!! I LOVE you so much!!!!
To the Pelechaty Families: Your Dad and your Mother were both wonderful people who I have known and respected for 40 years. I recall many times shared with your Dad when I worked with him at Coca-Cola. We shared numerous trips to Toronto plays with Coca-Cola and your parents were wonderful people to talk to and to visit with. I don't think I ever saw your Dad get riled up in the workplace. If something did not go as planned he always had a positive solution. I recall Lorne having a kind word and a smile for everyone he met when I worked with him. I learned a lot from your Dad In dealing with customers the right way. Lessons I still use today. My hope is that you all remember the wonderful memories of your Father And keep those in your heart going forward. Scott and Paula Gregory
My deepest condolences to Joe and Janice and the family. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this sad and difficult time.
So sorry for your loss Sue, know we are thinking of you and may your Dad's memories live forever in all your hearts. (Kemptville)
Dear Sue, Vicki and family, we would like to extend our most sincere sympathies for your great loss. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Take care.
To my cousins Vicki, Susie, Alan and Joey and your families, condolences from Dina and I on behalf of the passing of Uncle Lorne. As a kid, I remember his love for all things Coca Cola, never thinking to utter the "P" word in front of him. He was a man with an incredible sense of humor, capable of leaving those around him in stitches when he spoke. What a great loss to the Pelechaty family and all those lucky enough to have known Uncle Lorne.
Dear Vicki, Susie, Alan and Joey - I feel your loss and pain on the passing of your father. He definitely was "one in a million - and "Terrific". Take comfort in knowing that you have been given and left with the best legacy any family would envy: the best of parents and an extremely close bond between the 4 of you - which will last a life-time and will be adopted by each of your siblings. Congratulations to the 4 of you. All our love. Aunt Ruth & Uncle George.
To the Pelechaty Families. I knew your Dad very well, I worked with "Lorne" for 34 yr's, at Coca- Cola, if you needed a favour he would give you his silly grin shake his head and it was taken care of as soon as possible. My wife and I had the pleasure of socializing with your Dad and Mom at the Coke Red Barrel Parties, many a good laugh was shared. We are very sorry for your loss. John & Rochelle Maxner
