Leonard ‘Len’ Gibson

Peacefully at home on Monday, November 17, 2014, Leonard “Len” Gibson of London in his 84th year. Beloved husband of Patricia (nee Gordon) Gibson, for 61 years. Loving father of Jim (Lynette) Gibson, Bill Gibson, Lynn Cornett and the late Wayne Gibson. Also loved by his grandchildren: Jason, Lisa (Tayfun), David (Alison), Michael, Brittanee, Matthew, Andrew and great-grandchildren: Lily, Hayden and Evren. Dear brother of Muriel (Tim) Thompson, Douglas (Ann) Gibson, Janet (Phillip) Tembloy, Lorraine (Jim) Stauffer and Donna (Joe) Wells. Predeceased by parents Russell and Mildred Gibson and brothers Lawrence and Donald Gibson and sisters Joan Cummins and Dianne Symon. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. and on Friday from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Woodland Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Len are asked to consider the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
