To the family members of Aunt Louise Phillips, our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of loss. I have many memories of the family gatherings on the Phillips farm. Helping collect apples from the orchard and making apple cider with the apple press, helping to collect the honey from the bee hives, picking corn and pumpkins all come to mind. Thinking of the trains passing behind the orchard and driving over the old arched wooden bridge that allowed passage over the tracks with the clappity clap of the wooden planking always bring a smile to my face. There is no doubt that mom (Doris) and Aunt Louise are sisters they looked so much alike. Aunt Louise will be missed but not forgotten. What a legacy she and Uncle Harry have left. May the little farm in the big city live on. I will not be able to be with the family on the 18th due to a teaching commitment, but know I will be with you all in spirit. Danny

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time of sorrow. I have many good memories of Aunt Louise. It seemed that when I visited she was always in the middle of something, so I would help and visit at the same time. Making applesauce often and even cleaning the freezer out when her apple juice expanded to much in the cartons. That one was a long visit and I enjoyed every moment of it. I will not be down for the funeral as it is a 4 hour drive (on a good day through Toronto) and the weather is too unpredictable. You will be in my prayers.
