Peacefully at University Hospital on Sunday, December 13, 2015, Maisie Morrison (née Fisher), of London, in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late James Morrison (1958). Much loved and cherished Mum of Bert (Deb) Morrison, June Morrison (Lawrie) and Betty Anne Morrison. Dear sister of Samuel (Jean) Fisher and Marie Milligan. Also loved by her grandchildren: Jamie (Melissa) and Heather (Gary), and by great-grandchildren Olivia, Hugh, Lola and Joel. Maisie will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews in Canada and the U.K. Predeceased by siblings James Fisher, George Fisher, Betty Hall and Ina Simpson. The funeral will be conducted at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London on Saturday, December 19th, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, London. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Maisie are asked to consider the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario.

Dear Betty Anne, I am so sorry to hear of your mum's passing. Maisie was a lovely caring and friendly soul, the best and most loyal friend to my mother, Elsie. I am sure they have had a reunion for they have a lot of catching up to do. In this sad and painful,time of loss, I hope the love and prayers that surround you and your family brings comfort and peace to you all.
We are so sorry June to hear about your mom's passing. Losing her so close to christmas only makes it harder. Thinking about you and your family at this time.
My thoughts are with you during this sad time. I will always remember your mom fondly. I have wonderful memories of times spent with all of you during our younger years. She leaves behind a wonderful family . I know you will all be a great source of comfort and support to one another.
June: My heart cries out for you. I know how much your mum means to you. She was such a lovely lady - so strong in spriit and faith. Family was everything to her and she made everyone who entered her home feel like family. She'll always be in your heart and your memories. Cherish them all. You are constantly in our thoughts and prayers.

Maisie ... We are all comforted by the thought of your loving husband greeting you from the other side --- taking you on a stroll as the bagpipes play and you reunite with your loved ones in this 'other realm' . Passing over is but a graduation of the soul .... a special day when you have learned all the lessons needed to progress forward. Congratulations on living a long, rewarding life where you have touched the hearts of many! Betty Anne ... I'm so sorry I cannot be with you during this time. You are an amazing person and an exceptionally bright light to Maisie; and to all of us left in the world (around the globe!) I am a better person for knowing you and I will always love you. Your loving, loyal nature; and commitment to being a true friend to all is why your support system is reciprocally strong and loyal. I hope you find peace in these connections in this difficult time. Dear Betty Anne I hope you find comfort in the outpouring of love from everyone surrounding you at this difficult time. I was always touched by the love and care you and your mother gave to each other. Giving someone our love and time is our most precious currency, you are both very rich and very blessed.
