Margaret Elizabeth (née Phillips) Derbyshire

Born December 4, 1931, died on Monday, December 7, 2020, at University Hospital, London, Ontario. Dear wife of Walter Derbyshire (1984). Dear mother of Michael Derbyshire (Susan). Adored grandmother of Tom (Rachel) Derbyshire; great-grandmother of Aaron, Matthew, Rebekah (deceased) Isaac, Joseph; sister of Georgina Winter and Rosemarie Doyle(Rutledge); aunt of Cherie Leblanc (Lee), Les Winter (Judy), David Winter (Audrey), Murray Rutledge (Judy); and great-aunt of many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews in Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, and Newfoundland.

Predeceased by her parents, Jessie Phillips (1998) and Godfrey Phillips (1960).

A private graveside service and interment will be held at Mount Pleasant Cemetery on Thursday, December 10, 2020, officiated by Margaret’s great-nephew, Mr. Gavin Meaker. Thank you to Hannah Winter (videographer of Margaret’s service), Mr. Gavin Meaker (officiant); pallbearers Tom, Aaron, Matthew Derbyshire; TJ Riness; Les Winter; John Boyce and all who will be attending.
