Passed away peacefully at Gateway Haven in Wiarton, on Saturday, February 23, 2019, in her 98th year. Cherished wife of the late Donald Robinson (2005). Loving mother of Allan of Ottawa, Wendy Cuff (Dan) of Wiarton, Ted (Janice Lavergne) of Grand Forks, BC, John (Dawn-Marie) of Michigan and Pat Henry of London. Predeceased by her daughters Ruth Wilson and Becky Zarola. Cherished grandmother to many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be conducted at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment of ashes will take place at Chesley Cemetery at a later date. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Goldie are asked to consider the Alzheimer Society.

Goldie was a special cousin and a very good friend of mine. I am thankful for all the good times we had together. We go way back as good friends. I have been missing her for some time now, and appreciated Wendy phoning me. I send my love to all Goldie's family. She was a special mother to all of you. Hopefully Wendy will keep in touch to let me know how all of you are doing - even at Christmas time. Love to all. Marian Lovegrove

My heartfelt condolences are with you on the loss of your mother. Goldie was a very good friend and mentor to me. I will forever remember her pearls of wisdom, always given with a sense of humour.Long before climate change became a hot topic, she instilled in me the importance of taking care of our natural surroundings. May knowing that she is at peace and with our Heavenly Father bring you comfort at this time.
