Passed away peacefully at University Hospital on February 19th, 2012, Mike Rudy of London in his 84th year. Loving father of Kim Marion (Bob), Karen Rudy (Len), Wayne Rudy (Susan), Scott Rudy (Debbie) and April Rudy (Terry). Much loved grandfather of Reece, Reanne, Matthew, Ashley, Bryar and Paisley. Dear cousin of Helen Klem (Tony). A memorial service will be held at the Village of Glendale Crossing, 3030 Singleton Ave., on Friday, February 24th, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery at 12:45 p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Mike are asked to consider the Canadian Diabetes Association.

To Mike's family: Mikey has always held a special place in my heart. I have many happy memories of him in both Noranda and in London. The following words are only a few that I will associate with his memory forever: Polkas, blueberries, mushrooms, "a little bite to eat", cards, and yes, onions too! Dear Children and Grandchildren of Mike RUDY: I was very saddened to hear about your loss of a very kind and thoughtful father and grandfather. I have such warm and happy memories of him. Uncle Steve thought the world of him as well and spoke often of their happy days as children in Rouyn and Kirkland Lake. Thankfully Mike passed on peacefully. That must be a comfort to you all. Please remember all the good memories that you have. That will give you comfort I am sure. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the Memorial Service on Friday due to ill health.
