Peacefully at Chelsey Park on Friday, November 20th, 2015. Devoted Mom to Carl (Pam) and beloved grandmother to Stephanie, Rachel and Ryan. Immigrated to Canada from England and resided in Streetsville, Napanee and London where she and her husband Fred (d. 1992) moved in 1988 when their first grandchild arrived. Beautiful and talented seamstress, artist and knitter as well as a devoted member of the congregation of St. Martin-in-the-Fields. She will be missed by all the lives she touched. Belle celebrated her 100th birthday on August 10, 2015. Visitation will be held on Monday from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, where the funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, November 24th, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Private family interment, Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Belle are asked to consider the Anglican Foundation of Canada.

Our deepest sympathy on the loss of your mother/grandmother. She was a lovely lady who was very talented and creative. Her paintings in the girl's rooms were amazing. Keeping you all in our prayers and thoughts.
