Although I hadn't seen Aunt Nancy lately I will always remember her visits to Ottawa when I was growing up. I thoroughly looked forward to seeing her each time she came. She was always kind to me and we had many laughs along the way. My condolences to her brother, her children, her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Although I will not be able to make it to her service, I will be thinking fondly of her during that time. And, if you are able to "say hi" to those that passed before you (as Andy says) please give a special "hi" to my mom (your sister) and my dad who I miss dearly.
My thoughts and prayers are with the Young family as they grieve the loss of Nancy. Nancy was a kind, caring, helpful soul that offered assistance to me at the seniors euchre play each Thursday in Lambeth. I will miss Nancy's smile and demeanor. God bless you all. Shirley
My deepest sympathies... I have known Nancy all my life as I was the little neighbour girl to her Aunt Doris and Uncle Muzz... I heard all about your families from Doris.. When I started as music director at Riverside United Church, your mom came up to greet me before the service. It was like Doris came down to give me encouragement. She looked so much like Doris.!. She always had a nice warm smile and we usually had a nice chat about down East.. Blessings... RIP dear Nancy.....
With the loss of my sister, I can now consider myself as a orphan being the last in the family. Nancy and I had many talks about our family, their health, social activities and I will really miss her and our regular phone calls for updates. She enjoyed her family especially the grand Children and Great Grand Children who all brought her happiness. Miss you sis, but know you are going to visit those who have gone before you. Say hi for me.
