I have fond memories of Patricia. Having lived at the Seminary for many years myself, I got to know Patricia quite well. She was always very kind, understanding and helpful. Dealing with so many different tastes and needs certainly was very challenging. Patricia was very conscientious about doing her best. I pray that God will reward her richly for her gentle support and friendship. .
My deepest sympathies to Pat's family and friends. I got to know her during visits with my brother Steve at Meadow Park Nursing Home. They sat at the same table, with Pat to the left of Steve. I enjoyed our conversations over dinner when I visited during that time. Steve had Down Syndrome. I was not aware of Pat's connection to Community Living London until now. Pat always displayed a particular fondness for Steve. He was always happy to shake her hand and offer a smile, which she happily reciprocated. Steve passed away at Meadow Park on October 9. I find comfort in the fact they are both now together again at the Lord's dinner table.
I have fond memories growing up with your family on Wellesley Crescent 50 years ago, and I am sorry for your loss. A truly great woman caring for all has been lost.
