Suddenly at his residence on Saturday, December 16th, 2017, at the age of 62. Doting Dad of Kristie Hall (Eric). Beloved son of Tineke and the late Adrian Claeren. Cherished brother of Robert Claeren and Saskia Claeren-McHugh (Jim), and brother-in-law of Patricia Claeren. Loving uncle of Travis, Michael, Casey, Josie, Adrian, Lucas and Ben and great-uncle of many great-nieces and great-nephews. Predeceased by his siblings: Michelle, Hans, George and Ingrid. Visitation will be held on Friday from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Pat are asked to consider the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.

Our family in Calgary was very sad to hear of the sudden passing of Pat. We will miss Pat with his little smile and patient way. We know Pat's passion in his life was his daughter Kristie, and what a wonderful Team they were. All our love to Kristie and Eric.
