Peacefully at University Hospital on Tuesday, April 12th, 2011, Mr. Paul Hobbs of London in his 88th year. Beloved husband of the late Julia “Jo” Hobbs. Loving father of Tim Hobbs and his wife Ann and their children Jeff and Jeremy. Predeceased by brothers Peter and his wife June, and George. Special thanks to Dr. Arvind Jethwa and staff for many years of care and friendship. Cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, April 22nd, 2011 from 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Paul are asked to consider the London Health Sciences Centre – Prostate Cancer – Dr. Joe Chin’s Research Clinic.

Our thoughts are with the family during this difficult time.
I am so sorry to hear of Pauls passing. I was talking to him a little while ago and he ended the conversation with I love you which he always does. I have so many wonderful memories of times with him and Jo.He was a great friend. My prayers are with all the family. Love
Tim, Ann, Jeff and Jeremy - My thoughts and prayers are with you during this sad time. I never really got to know your Dad Tim, with the exception of meeting him at some of the hockey games the boys were playing in. He seemed like a fine man and the proof shows in the upstanding way you all present yourselves...the apple doesn't fall far from the tree! God Bless you all. Bill
