Sorry to hear about your huge loss to the family, I had just lost my Dad a few years before. Ralph and I were employed by Graham & Graham Const. London I was hired there in 1968, Ralph was shop superintendent at that time. He was always helpful and offered mechanical suggestions to a young guy when I needed my old car to make the daily trip from Ingersoll to London to get to work. Quite often he would offer me the old shop truck to get home and back when my old car was in the sick bay. Ralph had a big heart and was always eager to lend a hand. Fond memories remain. George Molnar Ingersoll Thanks Again Ralph

Many years ago Gord and I felt part of the Smithers/Graham “family”….happy memories of Briscoe street. I was particularly pleased to reconnect with “Auntie Lou” at Grandwood… Thinking of you at this difficult time….Lynn
I only met Ralph a couple times at my mother-in-law's and father-in-law's funerals but found him to be a very friendly, positive man who was very proud of his family. I extend my condolences to his family. Tanya Hardy (widow of his cousin Gordon)
Dear Helen and Family We are sorry to hear about Ralph. He was an amazing person. It's hard to believe our family has known you all for 50 years. I can remember Dad talking about Ralph when they met at Carruthers / Caterpillar way back. Well they are back together and planning the next job. Ralph was small in stature but had a huge influence on people around him. You also have been an amazing wife and Mom, and a very special friend to our Mom, a relationship that spans 50 years is a reason to celebrate. Ralph will be missed for sure. If you need anything please do not hesitate to reach out anytime. Love the Coursol Family
