Peacefully on Friday, April 26, 2019, at peopleCare Oakcrossing, in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Frances ‘Franny’ for 65 years. Cherished father of Don Niemi, Sandra Bernardo (late Luigi), Chris Niemi, Kim Pucci (Dave), and Liisa Zikman (William). Proud Papa of Tiina Niemi, Pamela Sanderson (Craig), Angela Ross (Jason), Kristie Niemi, Carrie Niemi, Amanda Koogleman (Jesse), Brandon Niemi, Jason Pucci (Nina), Allyssa Pucci, Kaitlynd Zikman (Chad), and Chelsey Zikman (Dustin). Great-grandfather of Noah, Gabriel, Adora, Asher and Charlotte. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Ray’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Ray are asked to consider Wounded Warriors Canada or Mission Services of London.
