Its been many years since I have seen Richard, but time passed does not lessen the sadness I feel. London's running community is diminished. Rick was a participant, but also a cheerleader, coach, confidante, and friend. We will miss his smile, and his positive approach to life - in all its complexities. Sincere condolences to all family and friends.

Dear family, We were Richard's friends from his Oshawa days. Richard was always the life of the party. Even though we only saw him once in a while, it was like no time had passed. I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Richard at Union Gas and I can honestly say he was a valued employee. He worked hard but always had time to make us laugh!! I hired Richard when he came to Union Gas and I was always proud of that. He never disappointed me. My thoughts and prayers will be with all of you as you go through this difficult time.
