Rhea, We just wanted to say that all of the staff and I hope that you can find comfort in your friends and family at this incredibly difficult time. Bob never ceased to make all of us(at one point or another) laugh, smile, or wonder at the incredible stories you both brought to us on a regular basis. Our regulars are important to us all, becoming like close friends over the years. You vacations, pictures, singing travels, and stories of family and friends made us feel included. Every time I hear big band music, see an old friend, or an olympic sweater (just like the Prime Minister has!) I will think of Bob and miss him. From all of us at the store, to you and your family.... we are truly sorry for your loss. Please come and see us when you feel up to it. We will be waiting.

What can one say about Bob. His smiling face, his laughter, his many stories. There was more to Bob than that but that is what first comes to mind. He was your companion to Sweet Adeline events and wanted only the best for you. His love of music, chess and friendship is what I will remember. He may not be visible, but he will always be your guardian angel. R.I.P Michele

Rhea, my heart goes out to you and your family at this sad time. As a relative newcomer to Sweet Adelines, Bob was one of the first persons I made acquaintances with on my first tiime out! Those who knew Bob understand that is not strange, because whereever you were, Rhea, Bob was not far behind. Always cheerful and full of positive things to say, he will be missed. I wish you peace and serenity. Dolores

We wish to express our sincere sympathy to you Rhea, and all your family including Bob's brother David and his family. I'm especially glad we had that day in October this year, when Bob proudly told the waitress that we had been friends for 63 years. I think she wondered, How old are those guys! But that was the thing about Bob and I, we didn't feel old. As we walked back through Dow's farm we reminisced about our childhood days and talked about the future. I shall always remember Bob's welcoming smile, his zest for life and his passion for learning new things. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you's during this difficult time.
